I can not praise the service that I had highly enough. My old Rangemaster died in Easter week when I already had a house full and more expected.
Everyone I spoke to was helpful and proactive. One person actually wisely advised me not to have my technicians ready until the day after the new cooker arrived as I might be waiting til the last minute for the delivery.
The new cooker arrived within days of ordering and the old one removed a day later when the new one was fixed. It was all seamless.
I was extremely grateful.
