I was very disappointed when my Range arrived damaged. The doors were all misaligned and the bottom right storage door was kicking out at the bottom. The main lower roasting oven door made a clonk when opened and was catching on the side panel of the oven, making it pop out. We were then left without an oven fir 4 days until a replacement arrived. Sadly the new Range was also delivered with exactly tge same damaged doors and misalignment. Underneath the oven was filthy and had clearly not been checked on coming out of the factory. Now waiting for an engineer to come out. I'm very upset at having paid £1500.00 or more for this and the build quality is terrible.

I would not recommend anybody but a Rangemaster as they have NO back up service beyond the warranty period. So once your Rangemaster is out of the one or two years warranty period - mine is only 4 years old - Rangemaster wash their hands of their appliances and don't offer any service at allb beyond that. Useless.

Big and chunky and looks good tucked into chimney breast in kitchen. So much more relaxing to cook with than a single oven, because there's always space instead of having to play oven jenga and shuffle things around. I would have liked it if the gas hob rings ignited automatically, instead of a button. The cream colour is darker in real life than in the pics.

So far all the functions have worked perfectly. Early days so still more to use. Nice and solid too.

Excellent cooker, disappointing a button was missing but resolved within a few days, Rangemaster sending a replacement which was an easy push fit.

Nice oven a few finger marks on which could have been avoided if had some sort of wrapping on it.

Great oven well packed , no marks or damage. Quick delivery with good communication about the delivery time and info.

Very happy looks amazing It took a while to level it, the instructions could be more detailed about lowering the front, that is the only very small comment I have
