The temperature barely reached 200 on gas mark 8 and the highest it went to was 210 and that was when I put it past 9 til it’s almost switched off. The top oven was even worse, struggled to make 150. Also one of the nobs fell off. Finally, half way through cooking a roast (I’m waiting for someone to replace it) it switched off and left me having to cook it while leaving the door slightly open, so the flame would stay lit. Inedible. I will say it looks great and I’ve had no problems with the hobs. Perhaps this one is faulty and once it’s replaced I’ll love it

I hate this cooker looks bigger than it is ... Hopefully I can send it back and have an other one . The size of the oven is not what it looks like in the picture. I'm very disappointed to because I have had 2 cooker from this make and they have lasted me years.

Don't buy it if you like using oven trays... Yes that's right. A normal size oven tray is too big for this oven. Pizza trays don't fit. The oven is just not deep enough. Its looks good but useless due to this flaw. The usable space is not as the advertised dimensions so product is also inaccurately advertised.

The first one we had delivered, two of the burners were not working. I phoned. Biko who were not very helpful. So I phoned so who said they would send a replacement when the engineer confirmed the fault. This they did and I foolishly had the same make and model. This time one of the front burners was not working. I must say that so have been great and replaced with a different cooker. Would not buy anything BEKO again

The hobs are fine but the top oven doesn't heat up, the maximum at mark 9 it can reach is at 160 degree after 40mins of pre-heat, it can only serve as a griller, useless as a oven. The bottom oven is relatively better, it can up to 220 degree at mark 9 with food in. a little bit disappointed with this cooking. The connection service was great, helpful and nice, explained everything clearly.

The shelves in the oven are so small that majority of the trays I have don’t fit in, they just don’t go back far enough. The oven itself is just not cooking things according to timings. It’s taking me double the amount of time to cook ANYTHING The hob works fine no issues with that at all.

This cooker looks good - but the performance is poor. Everything takes an age to cook in the oven, even on gas number 9 which is the highest & which I now use for everything. It takes twice as long as my old cooker, even things like sausages were in nearly 2 hours and hardly browned ! The oven shelves have metal back stops on them which makes for a narrow depth and none of my oven or pizza trays fit as you can only use about two thirds of the oven space. The back of the cooker hob gets very hot when using the oven or grill. So disappointed in this appliance.
