Had to replace our integrated fridge-freezer of 9 years. It was a much cheaper brand than Miele, and it's obvious that "you get what you pay for" is a true adage in this case. The build quality of our new freezer is obviously hugely superior, as is its performance. The different compartments work really well and keep salads & vegetables etc really fresh. If your budget can stretch to this, then you will not be disappointed.

Clearly well built product, quiet running too. The two drawers inside help keep everything organised and maximise the small form factor. Party mode is really handy when you put away a big shop and want to get it down to temperature quickly! Nice to see a “Made In Germany” on the plate inside too!

Terrible delivery service - took forever to get a delivery slot. Very disappointed in the wait time for the replacement to arrive. I received the wrong information from the customer care.
