I am pleased with this tumble dryer although it has taken a little time to get used to it. I have found that it will only take a small load otherwise the washing is still wet and the dryer has stopped before the programmed time. The washing does come out of the dryer less creased and softer and it is definitely kinder to the fabrics with very little lint collected. All in all I am pleased with my purchase.

So disappointing - only actually dries clothes fully if you select one setting called 'cupboard dry' and manually increase the drying level to L3 each time. So it's fiddly, and sometimes doesn't even dry then - so I have to set it off again. The sensors which auto stop the load from running don't work as they should. My old 20 year old machine that only had a time dial was better, unfortunately.

Great drier, with good drying space and plenty of features.

Good dryer, adjusts timer to stop when clothes are dry, easy to use,. Would recommend.

Still getting used to it really, looks very nice. Lots of settings to get used to.

Had it unwrapped 3 days and it kept overheating and cutting out. Phoned A.O who told me to speak to Sharp. Sharp sent an engineer out who couldn’t find the problem . Tried Dryer with a different plug socket( incase) and it cut out half way through a dry. Called A.O & Sharp again and they insisted on sending an engineer out again . Tumble dryer is dead now. Engineer agrees it’s dead , I now have washing drying everywhere as have 5 in my household . Waiting to call them again today .

Best dryer I've bought in recent years. Previous buys have been needing to run through two cycles to dry the clothes, this one is a one cycle only. Very pleased with my purchase and will consider Sharp products in the future

Bit confused on this tumble dryer. If I set the tumble to cupboard dry the clothes are damp if I select the extra dry option clothes are damp. For some reason I have to select humidity level 3 as well as the option on the dial to get clothes dry. Thought the dryer was supposed to have a sensor so would automatically sense when clothes are dry as stated and as previous dryers have worked. . No explanation in the book as to what the dry level function means apart from its 1-3. Have had to use trial and error to get clothes dry. What is the point of the options on the turn dial if I have to select dry level as well?
