I needed a matching washing machine and tumble dryer and this did the job. This is quieter than my last one, you can swap the door round to match the same side as washing machine. It can also drain the water away so no need to empty the condensing draw. So far I am impressed.

Had a slight problem as first product arrived damaged but I had this product (which is better than original) replaced in next day delivery woth removal and rubbish of broken one. Brilliant service!

Excellent drying speed and efficiency across all the fabric types I’ve used it for. A smidge noisier than the 8-year-old Samsung model it replaced .

The drier is well made and has good capacity. It has more complex controls than my previous vented drier, and I am still learning how best to set up a programme for each load. The condensing feature certainly collects a lot of water - I have already learnt that emptying the container after every session is required.
