It's a tumble dryer. It tumbles. And it drys. My wife's happy. Happy wife. Happy life.

Sadly not blown away by this dryer. I agree with previous reviews about sometimes having to run it twice to get items fully dry even on the strongest setting. This means items can be left warm and damp for hours sometimes - really not ideal. I'd liken it to the early low energy bulbs which weren't bright enough - things need to be fit for purpose. Most of us want to save energy, but at the same time we expect appliances to be able to perform their task. I guess time will tell if there's any energy/cost saving. A few other gripes unfortunately. There is a high-pitched whine when it's running (and my ears are well into middle age - doesn't affect us because it's in an outbuilding, but it would in your kitchen. Finally, minor grumble, the water tank runs the full depth of the machine and so you need a lot of clear space in front of the machine in order to remove it. This won't trouble most people, but we did have to clear a bigger space in front of it. I miss my old simpler machine, but if this does reduce our bills, I may not regret the change. On a positive note - the internal light has proved a helpful addition.

Really pleased with this - very happy with the low energy usage. Lots of different settings. Seems as efficient as my old tumble dryer at getting clothes dry. Quiet machine and looks smart.

This energy rating at this price was the main reason for purchase. Loads of options but the crease reduction is the best.

Only used this a few times as the weather has been good since buying this dryer and found it easy to use. Clothes were dry and easy to clean the machine after.

This is my second drier from AO (the same as previously purchased). The drier is fantastic! Easy to use, dries really quickly and takes a good beating! (I do about 3 loads a day). Would definitely recommend for busy (washing heavy) families!

Overal very good, does take some getting used to as I’ve switched from vented dryer to heat dryer. I’ve not found the best cycle to use yet as a lot of the times my washing is still damp after the cycle has finished, I think it should be ok once I’ve got the hang of the settings. I am overall very happy with the dryer
