Legs fell off. Metal welding couldn't hold the weight of the cooker

This is definitely a lovely looking cooker - however I have had three delivered in three weeks - each one whilst looking fine prior to use developed a series of pinprick pock marks on the glass hob as soon as heated and from the point of first use. I am convinced there is a flaw in the manufacture. It has seriously dented my confidence in the product. I have been beyond careful and do not feel the hob surface is fit for purpose. I am not certain what to do now - I want my money back. I have had BEKO products before and never had a problem until now

Both ovens leak all over kitchen floor, not happy , have to put a towel under doors. AO won’t replace it, had engineer out, said this type of oven does this, it’s the moisture in food. Never had this with previous ovens. Should of stuck to my old oven.

The cooker looks great and it’s first full meal was Christmas lunch. Real pleasure to cook on it with plenty on space for all the pans and no juggling things. Main oven good size but be aware that second oven is narrower. Overall really pleased with it.

Good oven. The heat distribution let's the ovens down slightly. The hob works well and the temperature is easy to control. I marks very easily though. Looks great.

Perfect size for my space, I like the separate grill. Downsides fan is loud and makes the grill pan rattle. Hob marks very easily

I ordered this cooker as it was the same make as my last one as well as colour just a little bigger, I was disappointed at first as the colour was different to my last one ,which was more silver then black but after having no cooker for 2 months I didnt care at the time of delivery about the colour anyway I just wanted to be able to feed my family a proper meal ( this was fast delivery and delivered the day I ask for so cooking a proper meal was just down to the fact I needed to save to pay for a new cooker in the first place) even tho it wasnt the colour I was expecting ,it looks loads better then the colour I had chosen.....so thanks I will be buying from you again soon ( when I save some money, everything in the kitchen seems to want to break at the moment....

After having a kenwood for 15 years ago and paying a 1000 pounds then. Beko is ok but not any where need the some quality as kenwood. It is a cheap cooker and dont think it is going to be in my life in 15 years so that cost effective .
