Didnt clean with any harsh product, but the doors started to become rusty after 10 month. Lot's of rusty spots appearing on both doors...would not buy it again...

Freezer is manual defrost, not automatic & feels like I've gone back in time - who defrosts freezers these days? The freezer drawers are tiny, top and bottom ones only hold 2 bags of chips, a few bags of vegetables. You would not fit a normal size pizza in either of them. The fridge has two shallow drawers that you cannot stand a bottle of beer in so they have to go on the door - in fact, anything in a bottle has to go on the door unless it is an unopened bottle of wine. The drawers have ridged floors that can support a bottle but that takes up a tremendous amount of space. Given the overall size the shelves are wide but not deep and seem to store nothing. REALLY wish I hadn't bought this

This was the biggest fridge we could fit in the space - to replace an old Smeg fridge which was more style over substance - and it fits perfectly. I wouldn't say that it's 100% free of frost 100% of the time, but what it does do is manage frost build ups really well. When I've seen a frost build up, it's generally gone by the next time I go in there... There's nothing for us to do on that front. The fridge itself is cavernous for a fridge freezer. There's a huge salad crisper and a separate draw for meat/fish etc which is really handy. The freezer has big drawers that hold everything we need. The alarm is really loud when I leave the door open which is great, because I tend to do that often. The door hinge was really simple to move from the right to the left, although make sure you do the hinge before you put any food in, because you need to tip the fridge backwards to unscrew the hinge from the bottom. All in all I am very happy with this purchase.

Very large, very quite but a thick layer of frost on the back wall.

It's large. It's sleek-looking. It's super-energy efficient and so quiet we can't hear it at all. Lovely shelf layout inside. Small people can't reach the top shelf, which can be a blessing! Nicest fridge-freezer we've ever bought, and we expect it to work for the rest of our lives.

looks great, chills and freezes. The lower food drawers and very good. family size items of mayo and other items don’t fit, warning the individual shelf hight means you will now take a tape measure with you shopping to ensure purchases can sand upright in the fridge. even the door shelf is on the limited side for milk and wine bottles. it’s like it was designed without any shopping goods present. second door shelf is a risky depth, will be replacing with a repeat of shelf 1 in second position too. i hope i get use to it.

It replaced an older Bosch model and met the critical requirement of being 70cm wide x 65cm deep and 201cm tall. That apart it has only been three weeks since its installation and everything seems to be working fine. The compartment drawers are sturdier and better performing than the old model. However, the old FF never had a build up of ice/frost in the freezer so I am a little disappointed to read in the manual that this one may need to be manually defrosted - hopefully not too frequently.

Having had the new fridge freezer for 2 days, my wife opened the door and the two top shelves of the fridge door fell out and broke on the floor causing several of the jars that they were holding to smash. Am now waiting for a 'repair' of what seems to be a construction/design fault as the 3rd shelf is also loose, ie we have to be careful not to knock it when lifting milk out from the shelf below, in case that too falls out of the door. I really wish we had not bought this fridge/freezer to replace our previous Series Bosch, I have no confidence in this fault being resolved, as the 'repair' is reliant on the parts being available, as this could not be assured when I phoned Bosch. The nightmare scenario of buying a new Bosch fridge continues.
