best fridge freezer i have ever owned . plenty of room for all my shopping needs .

A really good, straightforward fridge. Just plug in and you're ready to go. Decent amount of flexibility with the shelving in the fridge. Very spacious freezer compared to what I'm used to. Great service from AO, delivered right to the kitchen ready to unwrap and slide off its base.

app updated me about delivery times call from driver 5 mins before and 2 polite and efficient delivery men. Old out new in. It is why I have used ao for years for all my electrical items

Then after a few days I noticed that my new Bosch was made in Turkey! I could have bought a Beko and saved £200.

After being delivered by ao drivers at correct day and time, after getting the packageing of my new Bosch fridge/freezer I found a problem. I rang Mathew at customer services and the problem was sorted in 10 minutes ( thanks to Mathews polite and professional manner. The fridge/freezer itself is a good piece of kit, very quiet smooth running, keeps the right cold temperatures in fridge and freezer. There is plenty of room for food and bottles etc, well pleased with my buy.
