Disappointing-Had to be returned

The description of this fridge freezer was that it was a "no fuss fridge" which is exactly what I was looking for.
Unfortunately the appliance had to be returned after less than one month's use.
It was not only too small for our use, especially the freezer in which the large draw in the middle is a good feature, however the other two draws were very small and exceptionally tiny. Both the sections were far smaller than the Bosch one that it replaced. The outgoing unit had 4 large draws in the freezer.
The main reason however that I needed it replaced was the major symphonies that it played. The noises that came from it were incredible. When it began, you could hear it from various places in the house. Very disappointing from a brand new fridge and a reputable brand. It was louder at times than the old Bosch one it replaced which was well over 10 years old.
It was a lovely looking fridge freezer, a simple clean cut design. I liked the handles for opening. I also liked the fact that both the fridge and freezer had alarms to alert you to the fact that they were open. The fridge light also flashes after a while and switches itself off if it has been left open for too long.
I was not a fan of just 1 main draw for vegetables in the fridge, things get lost. The shelves were also quite shallow. Imagine the mess that a tin of prunes falling from the top shelf made when it fell in an area which is decorated in cream.
Unfortunately, it appears that I was sent a faulty appliance, however, without the noise issues, it is a lovely fridge freezer and would suit someone who does not do much in the way of shopping.
I was very impressed with the way the final Customer Services Agent handled and resolved the matter for me after several calls and discussions with other Agents, a broken promise, needing to take recordings as evidence to upload, having to book an Engineer with Bosch to visit the property to assess the appliance to determine the source of the noise. Her level of Customer Service means that AO is a platform I will certainly return to when in need of an item.
Please be aware that the 100 day use policy whilst true, the caveat is that the longer the item is with you, the more that you will lose off the price that you initially placed.
