We've had Bosch fridge freezers for at least 25 years. This is the 4th. With prices converted to current values this one is one of the more expensive. And yet... IT IS POOR! I've not had to de-frost a freezer since the 1990s, unless the door was left ajar in error. This one frosts up monthly. Frost free should be standard these days. This one certainly is not. I've checked the seals and they are all tight. Piece of junk. Do NOT buy.

worked for a year and then stopped. Inside runs hot. Suspect coolant and compressor problems. Expect better from Bosch. very dissapointing.

No stars for this faulty Bosch Fridge Freezer, from day one 15th of June, the inside left hand side of the fridge has been hot and a thick layer of frost has also formed at the back panel of the fridge. The fridge temperature is set on the lowest setting,still it remains warm inside. The freezer is cold but not freezing, just barely cold. I have had to request a second engineer visit with Bosch for next week as the first engineer repair visit was not fruitful. I want a full refund to buy another brand as I have been let down with this purchase.

Brilliant fridge capacity, such a shame for a good make to have a flimsy thin fridge drawer were supposed to load over 10 kg off shopping and sliding on the bottom of the fridge where could easily have side rails to slide it in and out easier like the older Fridge I had 16 years ago they also could have the drainage point a little bit clearer not hidden behind the bottom shelf over the drawer to remind us of unblocking it every now and then.

Very happy with my purchase, it has a great fridge capacity and the freezer is deceptive as it holds more than I expected. It has a super freeze option to get the freezer up and running quickly and quick freeze if you add a lot to the freezer at once. The fridge draw for fruit/veg has ventilation options depending on how much is in the draw. Would be 5 stars but the thermostat is for both fridge and freezer they are not separate.

The 2nd fridge freezer we got is perfect Quite and well laid out. Just a shame the last one broke down after 5.5 years
