    Undersold in the AO advert.

    4/5
Probably under sold by the advert on AO.com which doesn't list the full features and accessories. Take the model number and research elsewhere and come.back to AO for the price. I wanted a new mixer to replace my elcheapo Crofton model that blew up. Kenwood was a go to brand. The mixer unit is compact and space efficient. It mostly feels strong and we'll made but as a bread fan the dough hook seems pretty weedy. Time will tell if it does the business. The mixing attachments get nice and close to the the bottom of the bowl. The mincer is a nice bit of kit. Would be nice if it had the sausage attachment too. The addition of the food processor attachment and the liquidiser means we can get rid of the individual units. Saving some cupboard space. But the justice extractors have gone in the attic. Instructions are at best rudimentary. Kenwood website isn't the most helpful. Was a bit of a nasty suprise to find that there is run time limits to prevent overheating on most modes. Dough is about 8 mins.

Bit unsteady and flimsy, not as durable as expected it to be.

    3/5
Comparing to bosh series mum5 that I had before, this Kenwood has same features and is in same price range but it's bol walls are way thinner and therefore bendy, not as solid and durable, the mincing chrome parts got oxidized after a wash in a dishwasher and lost their shine, looking a dreadful grey notified uneven colour now. The moment I turned up the mixers head so that to wipe it and clean it, it overweight it and flipped it back with the result of ending up scratching it, which means the devices ventouses suction isn't as strong to hold it in place. Few areas are already filled with cream and are hard to access to wipe off, such as the bending part and 2 deep holes where the screws are, had to use ear buds so that to clean it. Not very convenient. Overall impression - is a flimsy not steady, not as durable construction with same power as Bosh from series mum5. I hoped to upgrade my existing bosh in hope for a more powerful mixer because it moves a bit while mixing a medium to hard daw but same happened with this Kenwood processor. I am happy however that this product has an extra juicer attachment which I didn't had in the bosh processor and the meat mincer, the price difference however is £150 apart. Bought the Bosh for £100 5 years ago and this one is £250. I gave my bosh processor to my daughter in excellent condition that it is and will enjoy now this one but it feels that it will break sooner, so the choice for a next one will be from now on Bosh MUM 9 series and not the latest computerised series of Kenwood. It was worth choosing this cheaper option so that to compare to know which brand to prefer when planning for an upgrade. I cook and bake for orders, therefore use my processors a lot. Will keep this item as a secondary device when get the Bosh series 9, will be still handy. Hope this was helpful to whomever is making their choice right now.

    A versatile and quiet high-performer

    5/5
I've been eyeing up this kitchen machine for a while now due to its excellent reviews and the fact that it can do everything I need it for. We have had it for just over a week now and I've used it to make bread, a cake, carrot juice, buttercream, a smoothie, grated vegetables, and date-and-coconut-powerballs. It performed really well in all those tasks. I was particularly impressed by the low level of noise (which means I can also use it when the baby is asleep!). Glad I finally took the plunge and bought it.

    Too many restrictions

    3/5
Too many restrictions on duration that certain functions can be used before stopping for 15 minutes to allow the machine to cool down. When operating, works well, but if I'd known of the restrictions I would not have bought it.
