Second one of these units that we own. Bought this one to replace the previous one that lasted 8+ years. This latest version has few improved design features (e.g. additional freezer sub-compartment shelf) and slightly imprived interioir design aesthetic (e.g. with the red accents on the glass shelves). Provides a good level of storage with meaningful options re: how to arrange/setup the various shelfs and the unit is very quiet when integrated to the kitchen unit that we house it in. Recommended if you need a hassle free quality integrated fridge-freezer.

So far so good, replaced an old Neff fridge freezer which lasted about 15 years so hope this one is as good.

Have had the unit for a little over a week, and so far very impressed. Surprisingly roomy, particularly the fridge section. Very quiet, and a very well lit fridge space

the product was easy to set up and is really quiet. There is lots of fridge space with 2 freezer drawers but one is larger than the other with an ice tray section which is useful.

The product is great, perfect exact replacement. Thanks to Neff and AO.

After a brief mix-up that the team worked fantastically well at resolving, I am now the proud owner of this Neff 70/30 split fridge freezer. It is just perfect! Thank you all at ao.com

The product was good but the service was extremely disappointing as we ordered the Fridge Freezer in December and it was delivered late January. That was after two units being delivered with a fridge freezer that would not match our integrated door openings they finally got it correct on the 3rd delivery. But as our fridge freezer was about to die we had to find our own fitter to install as AO wanted another 10 days to install.

Very pleased with my new Neff fridge/freezer, although the one it replaced had more storage in the freezer, but it had lasted 20 years and was also a Neff.
