Three days in and the fan in the freezer compartment has stopped working and all the food has defrosted. No alarm sounded to let us know. Weeks worth of food in the bin........what cost of living crisis?

The first unit delivered was dead on arrival and despite it sounding like a Massy Ferguson AO insisted on getting a Bosch engineer out which wasted 3 days and then we had to wait for stock. To cap it off the team that delivered the replacement and took away the broken one damaged our 3 day old front door, waiting for a quote to give to AO so they can make that right. In terms of the product I really don't like the high up milk tray but that seems to be the standard design at the moment, other than that the second unit seems to be working OK so far......

Small fridge but lots of freezer space.

Fridge is fantastic nice deep drawers

The fridge freezer is ok but the milk shelf in the door has s very high! Iit has not been fitted correctly by AO engineers

Replacement for almost exactly same 11 year old Siemens. However, fridge shelving and storage space not as user friendly (larger and not divided into two sections....deeper means less space above and one less shelf on back of door). Shelving less robust than Siemens.

The appliance is up and running - quietly. My only adverse comment about this product is that the layout for a 50/50 integral fridge freezer is not ideal. There are only 2 shelves in the door where my previous Bosch F/F had 4 and the bottom shelf in the door is almost on a level with my nose which makes it difficult to lift milk in and out. Also there are only 3 shelves inside the fridge instead of 4. I kept the shelves from my previous Bosch F/F in case they fitted but regretfully none of them do. My choice was limited because I needed a fixed hinge appliance.

Good quality fridge freezer. My only slight criticism would be the width of the drawers. Not long enough to take a pizza in the freezer.
