I would recommend this washing machine never had AEG before but this washer is absolutely brilliant easy to use very quiet nice big drum

Bought this to match the washing machine. When it was delivered the door handle was on the opposite side to the picture we had seen? AEG and AO don't provide a door alteration service - Very Poor. However the machine comes with an instruction sheet on how to alter the door round. This is fairly straight forward albeit a little fiddly, screw drivers required. My other issue is that the power cable on the washer and drier are just too short, which again caused little messing around to sort out. In operation we did have some issues but these gremlins appeared too have cleared up. It does take longer to dry the cloths with this type of machine?

Broke down after 2 weeks. Arranged for a warranty repair. Messaged on day before repair and told parts not available. No idea when it will be repaired. Phoned and asked for replacement or refund and told this is not an option. DO NOT BUY.

This machine, after I read the instructions, was rather good. I would recommend reading as the features allow for shorter washes, energy saves, temperature control and lots more. Clothes are clean and uncrushed. Small washes, large washes are all weighed and appropriately, the machine takes control and timings are adjusted if appropriate. I feel very happy and trust the washer.

This is a top quality machine, which has a large range of programs and is really energy efficient which should be important to everyone.

Bought to replace my 20+ year old AEG washing machine on which the motor bearings had finally gone. Love the larger capacity. Was alarmed at the initial program time but that’s for the Eco setting. Selecting others much the same as old machine. Good price. Very quiet too.
