Absolutely love it. Great variety of programs. Intuitive and easy to use. Drum is bigger than in my previous one making the washing more economical. Also the electricity usage is very economical.

Underwhelming. I have no doubt this washing machine is great at washing clothes and is reliable and will last a long time. However, considering the cost of this device and compared to the competition there are more featureful washing machines available and I wish I had purchased a different device. The time remaining shown is terrible, probably because of the dynamic programmes meaning the time will often vary, it is often out by as much as 30 minutes. This is a real pain knowing when to remove clothes so they don't smell. Having internet access to provide a notification on my phone would be very valuable. It's not direct drive. Cannot pause and add more clothes. It does not work out the correct dosage of detergent. The steam feature is a gimmick and serves no useful purpose, it has no hygiene affect and doesn't seem to remove creases.

What a brilliant and intelligent machine, not only that it’s extremely economical, after it’s cycle if your not around to switch the machine off it will switch itself off, just amazing

Excellent washing machine. Much quieter than my old one, and holds a lot of load. Very heavy.

Product was faulty, had AEG engineer out to fix but still faulty. Now had it replaced by AO, so far everything is fine.
