Plenty of programs to suit all sorts of washing needs steam is excellent and was handy when poorly grandchild stayed and perfect for freshening up work wear and outfits that haven't been worn for long .Well worth the money

very good washing machine probably the best washer I have ever had washes clothes beautiful spin is absolutely fantastic, washing does take a long time but it's worth it previously had a lg and it never washed the clothes good always stains left on clothes but this washer none really happy with it

It has been on at least once a day for the last two weeks so has been thoroughly road tested. The clothes have come out bright and clean every time. The drum is a great size for our family, the timer lets us know how long is left on the wash so we can plan accordingly and the panel is easy to understand - busy families were definitely in mind when designing this. I particularly love the spin function as we no longer need to do another spin after the main wash. I feel safe that we can throw bedding and clothing in on a hygiene wash if one of them is ill. The only slight criticisms are the noise (but this is to be expected at 1600 spin rate and it is thankfully in a utility room) and the drawer for the softener and stain remover powder is slightly confusing with the holes in the drawer which seem unnecessary. All in all though a great machine that we are very happy with and thoroughly recommend.

Plenty of different wash cycles, but some won't run at a cold (unheated) temperature. Cycles take a long time, even on the time-save mode, so I'm not sure about it's eco rating. Clothes come out clean and less creased than my old machine, even without the extra steam.

I purchased this washing machine as I was well overdue an upgrade, I decided to go for a bigger drum so I can wash all the bedding at once. This washing machine is the best I have ever owned, it is a sleek design, with digital display which I found really easy to use, I have already tried many of the different programmes and I like that you can wash on a 30. Using the extra spin my washing comes out almost dry which means in winter I won’t have an issue drying my clothes. The prosteam option is also amazing, I thought prehaps this could be a gimmic but it it not it really does work and means I have to iron less which is another plus! The pull out compartment for the detergent is also really easy to clean. This is my first AEG appliance I have owned and I would definitely purchase from AEG again.

So after owning a hotpoint machine for over 10 years i have now switched to AEG . This is a first for me. The machine arrived very well and AO were happy to install my new appliance. I opted for the AEG 9kg pro steam washing machine as i liked the design. It is aesthetically pleasing. Also the 9kg drum is really big. Im actually very surprised. The main selling point of this machine was the pro steam function. It actually steams the clothes at the end of the wash which is brilliant. Im very pleased with this purchase and i would highly recommend this brand
