Very happy with my new AEG washing machine. I was a bit dubious at first as never had AEG before, but it has exceeded my expectations. It is very smart looking and the digital programming is easy to work. You can reduce the time of a programme and change the temperature, which I think is a great feature. It is also very quiet which is wonderful. Overall I have only good things to say about it.

The washing machine itself does its job and washes clothes. What is useless on this model is when you come to fit the kitchen door on the front. The door bracket on the kitchen door fits to what they call a reinforcement hinge which is essentially a bit of loose metal just inside the machine and it has the ability to move. If you accidentally move it the wrong way it can fall out of position and fall inside the machine. Even if you then take the back of the machine off you can’t always get it. A stupid design! Wouldn’t buy another.

Great washing machine. Quiet and efficient, easy to use with a good range of programs. Definitely recommend this as good quality and value for money

The wash cycles are very long It makes quite a lot of noise on rinse cycle but is otherwise quiet There is often foam left in the drum after a wash

AO service was fantastic. Machine does what it should. We have moved and had to replace the integrated machine which didn’t work & was full of black mold. I have gone from an 11kg machine to this so it has taken some getting used to. Pluses : easy to use and washes well. Not so good for me: length of wash cycle and the inability to chose a higher level of spin for most cycles.
