The fridge never worked properly from delivery. Following manufacturers guidelines I waited 6 hours before putting food into it. When I opened it 24 hours later all the vegetables in the Crispercc BBC were either wholly or partially frozen. A cucumber was frozen solid. I then put fridge thermometers on most shelves. 36 hours later the temperature range was from +20C at the top to -14C in the crisper, with -9C in the Dairy drawer. When the repair engineer finally arrived a two weeks later I identified the problem as the fan not being connected during manufacture. The problem was quickly fixed but I had suffered loss of produce, not to mention abortive energy costs.

We brought a pair of fridge and separate freezer and they look great. The only issue is the fridge door shelves are super low in height so if you put any tall bottles in or carton of milk it will fall out if you open to the door a bit hard. A whole carton of milk fell on the floor the other day. Looks like a major design flaw and makes 3 of the 4 door shelves pretty much useless. Will need to look at replacing them with taller ones somehow.

Seems fine so far

We've had this for a week, it seems pretty good so far. The door shelves are not deep enough though which is annoying, can't store your bottles of condiments in there without worrying about them falling out when you open the door. We can't work out how to fit the bottle shelf yet, it seems to be gaffer taped inside for transit but there's no way of sliding it open without bending the plastic, which I don't want to do for fear of snapping it. Could've done with some better instructions! Not sure if the lights in the salad drawer make any difference. Overall I'm really glad we bought it though. Seems sturdy enough. Very fridge-like!

I’ve only given this 4 stars as there is only one shelf deep enough to hold milk and condiments ect there are 3 other shelves but they are very shallow so things fall off when you open the fridge

Would be 5 stars but try opening the fridge door if you have closed it within a few seconds. Pulling the fridge handle just moves the whole fridge as the seal is that tight. Give it a minute or so though and then you can open the door without a problem.

Great fridge, but the door doesn't always close properly and the alert tone is way to quiet
