Product of good quality as would expect from Miele but surprise was the good communication about the delivery, fast and friendly installation plus took the old machine plus excess packaging away. We had a great experience so highly recommended.

Great quality product. Easy to clean and easy to use. The touch buttons to increase the time goes up in 5 second increments so takes more time than other types of knob/button. I haven't tested any of the automatic settings yet.

Door catches on shelf

It works well and is very spacious, but the door catches on the shelf below when it is opened and there are no installation or adjustment guidelines, and we can’t get through to Miele by phone.
