The oven is smart and, though I haven't used it much yet, seems to cook well and quickly. I've found that using one of the shelves plus the large drip tray provided as a grill to be awkward and clumsy, particularly since both items are too large to fit into my sink for cleaning, so I'm now using the grill pan from my old cooker instead. Also, the buzzer on the timer is far too quiet and I've had to supplement that with an old fashioned clockwork timer. My main beef, and the reason I can't award more stars, is over cleaning. I did a good deal of research before ordering this oven and what attracted me to it was the Ecoclean automatic cleaning system. The advertising implies that both ovens are lined with this. However, on receipt of the oven I found that only the back wall of the main oven has this type of surface. On querying this with AO I was told that the oven has a 'wipe clean' surface, not a self cleaning one. I hope someone will correct me if I am wrong, but this to me means old fashioned enamel which in time will probably need cleaning with very non-Eco chemicals. The large removable drip tray in the base of the main oven will be a help, but that leaves an awful lot vulnerable to spills and splashes. So disappointing.

5 Star service from ao.com. Oven looks nice, controls and door handles feel very cheap as they are made of plastic. The oven timer is far too quiet, can’t even hear it over our extractor fan. It produces lots of condensation when in use which collects bellow the oven door and needs mopping up once the oven has cooled. All that said it cooks food well, shame about the timer!

My oven lives up to my expectations,one of the soft close buttons on the large oven is missing.I am struggling to report this.The oven heats up really quickly and so far I'm really happy with it .

This oven is great one feature is that it is grey inside so you can see not just a black hole as on others also it has a light in both top and bottom ovens. A O where great.

First time using product a stain appeared that I couldn’t shift. Was told they have their own cleaner to buy. Different to conventional cookers and need to keep booklet handy. Nice looking cooker and I am sure with practice will be perfect.

The speed and consistency of both ovens has made cooking a pleasure again, I used to be a chief for a living and cooking was a chore at home, NOT anymore. I am having fun creating again Thank You Bosch.

Replaced the older model , looks good , more features e.g heating oven to temp boost , shelves made safer to stop halfway to allow for stirring etc during cooking . Looks good and fits well in my kitchen . Only drawback I can see so far is the cooking alarm which Is much quieter than previous model . I cannot hear it from outside the kitchen so a backup is advised .

Bosch strike again. We were wary of paying so much for an oven but it was worth every penny (so Far). This is our first up the wall type oven after only ever having had under the counter type ovens. It is very quiet easy to use and most off all cooks very well and you can see the food without opening the door and letting the heat out. Highly recommended
