This machine has surpassed all my expectations; it is first class in every way, design, cooking, ease of use and especially cleaning it. The crusting plate has now replaced the frying pan and my weight loss is an added bonus. I have always had great respect for Samsung, we have Samsung phones, laptop and an Addwash washer and all of them are great. I can truly recommend this Combination microwave because it is a well made, well designed machine that should enhance anyone's kitchen.

Not long had this microwave so not had chance to use all of the programs but it cooked a small chicken to perfection within 28 mins and does excellent oven chips. When reviews say that this microwave is big they are not joking its huge although fits on my kitchen worktop with about 80mm spare so if you have narrow worktops then beware. Its looks very sleek and stylish. I would recommend this microwave, especially with the additional 2yr warranty on offer for free.

I purchased one of these in March 2017. It has not been used much (and was okay whilst it worked) but in September it stopped working. I emailed the company who said they would reply within 15 working days - I am still waiting. I would not recommend this item when it costs so much and worked for such a short time. And the fact that emails are not answered leaves much to be desired regarding customer service.

This is the best microwave I have owned (and I've owned quite a few)> I have cooked a whole chicken with hotblast aut in 30 mins. I was quite prepared to put it back in when not cooked as I couldn't believe I could cook one in that time scale but it was amazing. juicy and moist but coked thoroughly and a crispy brown skin. perfect, and all in 1/2 hour. I love I can preheat the oven and to be honest, i love everything about it. My only sad part is that I only bought it a couple of weeks ago but it has now reduced in price. I paid £20 more than I needed to but that's life. At any price it's a no brainer.

Great combination microwave, oven, grill, baby alarm and dog minder. Huge capacity and very flexible...but do read, and understand, the instructions...you may well be amazed by just what this device can do. Build quality seems up to the usual Samsung high level. I have a confession. As fas as I know, it doesn't have a baby alarm and won't look after your dog. Entertain it, maybe. But...it definitely won't call you a taxi.

Our range cooker packed up last month and as we are not in charge of Xmas dinner this year I didn't want the extra expense of replacing a range oven this close to Christmas so my wife threw in the idea of a Microwave oven. We have cooked chicken, pizza, nuggets, roast potatoes all to mention but a few, and so far it has cooked everything how we would've liked. We are planning on having a new kitchen at some point next year and these microwave ovens also come as 'built in' so that could be an option for us to save some space. Overall this product is excellent and we are so pleased we chose it.

Bought this as the Old microwave died and was worried that it would be too complex but in fact it's very good and quite easy to use. the large cubic capacity makes it much more practical and we had it delivered within 2 days

Good looking item, the black makes it easy to clean and keep clean. I have not had a black appliance before but now i have will order other items in this finish as looks good and easy to clean. I have had a prevs samsung combi microwave for about 16 years, so wanted to get another. saw this one with price reduction so took the plunge. although has a lot of different programs they are easy to use. I use this to cook roast potates and roast vegtables as always come out crispy using temp of 180 to 200 c. cooked chips which are great and crisp as well as jacket potatoes in the hot blast element. this was a great buy and im very pleased with the price and overall build of the item.
