Interesting different features. Old ones easy to use. Took a bit of time to work out systems

We got this waaaay back in 2016, and it's been absolutely fab! The 'Crusty Plate' is great with the HotBlast function, and is perfect for cooking Turkey Dino's for the kids! Also can do a mini pizza in 7 mins under HotBlast too! Over the years, the timer dial got a bit temperamental, and the edges of the crusty plate had worn to a sharp edge from all the cleaning, but this past week the fan for the hot blast function finally failed after sounding like a car with the brakes stuck on. Given it's lasted just shy of 6 years, used and abused daily, I really can't fault it! In fact it's been that good, we've just ordered another one 5 minutes ago!

This is a large, 32 litre 900 watt black microwave which is so much more than just a microwave and should be a great asset to any kitchen. It has a modern touch screen control panel and can be used as a conventional oven using the hot blast function for cooking up to 200c, a grill or standard microwave. It also has a slim fry facility which is similar to an actifry/air fryer for cooking items using only a spoonful of oil so is much healthier, and a dough proof/yogurt making fermentation feature. I have used it to make yogurt and it came out thick and creamy at only a fraction of the cost. There are also many pre-set functions built in to aid cooking and defrosting. The inside is ceramic enamel which is anti-bacterial, scratch resistant and easy to clean. The only negative is that the lead was too short and we had to buy an extension, but otherwise there is very little to fault with this solidly built microwave and I can see that it will now be used for more than just microwaving.

Absolutely brilliant is probably an understatement for this microwave oven. It does so much more than my previous microwave. The design is beautiful in the black colour I chose. It fits in perfectly with my kitchen, although it may be a little bigger than my previous one I had. I found it fits comfortably on my kitchen work top and due to the drop down door I have found it has not caused any problem with space. The controls are very intuitive and become very easy to learn how to use all the functions. The instruction manual is very helpful too. It would of been nice if Samsung had created some kind of recipe book included to help beginners though. Overall I am very happy with this product and can say once again Samsung has not lete down in anyway. I would definitely recommend this microwave with all its amazing features it has included. 10/10 ????

Product works very well. Irritated by dent on right hand edge of top of oven when there was no damage to packaging, but does not affect functionality. Needed oven so didn't complain. would have given 5 stars otherwise. Grill is a bit slower to heat up than anticipated but works fine once to temperature. Controls are easy to navigate and range of functions impressive.

This device works very well and does lots of things, but you'll need to study the instruction booklet very intensively. Without it, the average person won't be able to do anything at all with this oven. It's crazy to have a microwave oven that makes you specifically select the option 'microwave' every time you want to heat anything. That's right - even warming up a cup of coffee for 30 seconds requires two separate steps - because, hey, you might just as well want to use the grill or "hot blast" (Samsung-speak for convection). Also, the control panel is black with non-illuminated dull grey options. We have the microwave in quite a dim corner of our kitchen, so it is not always easy to see what's what. With all its experience of phones, etc, you'd think Samsung would know a thing or two about usability.

Not long had this microwave so not had chance to use all of the programs but it cooked a small chicken to perfection within 28 mins and does excellent oven chips. When reviews say that this microwave is big they are not joking its huge although fits on my kitchen worktop with about 80mm spare so if you have narrow worktops then beware. Its looks very sleek and stylish. I would recommend this microwave, especially with the additional 2yr warranty on offer for free.

The hot blast system and auto cook function for whole chicken are brilliant.
