The Samsung microwave is great, in so far as it has a drop-down door, enabling it to be easily opened wherever it is positioned. However, the core downside is that the control panel is not illuminated and it makes it exceedingly difficult to see the controls. Also, it would have been useful to have had standard quick controls for things like jacket potatoes.

Microwave works well. Thin frozen pizza took longer than it should have done to become crisp underneath and browned melted cheese on top. The dough rising program worked well but I wanted to be able to bake a loaf of bread. I’m not happy with the results, the oven only heats up to 200C which is not hot enough to bake the bread properly and the top of the loaf was almost burnt. I made scones that were heavy and muffins that were burnt on top. It’s a waste of money if l could l would have returned it but you only get 50% of the price back so l still have it. It’s awful, do not buy this unless you only want a microwave.

This device works very well and does lots of things, but you'll need to study the instruction booklet very intensively. Without it, the average person won't be able to do anything at all with this oven. It's crazy to have a microwave oven that makes you specifically select the option 'microwave' every time you want to heat anything. That's right - even warming up a cup of coffee for 30 seconds requires two separate steps - because, hey, you might just as well want to use the grill or "hot blast" (Samsung-speak for convection). Also, the control panel is black with non-illuminated dull grey options. We have the microwave in quite a dim corner of our kitchen, so it is not always easy to see what's what. With all its experience of phones, etc, you'd think Samsung would know a thing or two about usability.

size is big, But down side it is really quite noisy, it seems like the outside cover is loose. Apart from that its fine.

Works very well but wobbles - made some super quick crispy jacket spuds last night in it. Re. wobble, I have had to stick something under the foot for now as I've not had a moment to get in touch with Samsung about it due to the current lock-down.

Very easy to use. Really happy.

Love the oven but would have liked instructions to be included instead of having to get them online. Haven’t tried all the functions yet!

Quite a complicated piece of equipment. Seems to do everything well though Opens door downwards which is quite nice - easier to put things in/out. Only downside is that it doesn’t give you an option to change the wattage 700W - you can go either 900W or about 600W
