Yeah its smart but not smart enough for 5 stars. The instructions are poor. The dial is tricky to master,but sorting it. Just glad I paid black Friday price defo wouldn't pay over £400.

So far so good only had it for a week but it has been good so far, a bit more info on all the menu options would be useful but apart from that its the quality u qould expect from Samsung

Hard to get to excited about a microwave but this one works great so far. Only slight complaint would be it's not as intuitive as it could be with the settings but overall very happy.

Good micro, easy to use, more spacious than most and easy to clean. Would definitely recommend.

Instructions could be clearer but performance and looks make up for this. Excellent product and still exploring possibilities.

Bought this as the Old microwave died and was worried that it would be too complex but in fact it's very good and quite easy to use. the large cubic capacity makes it much more practical and we had it delivered within 2 days

A microwave oven that does more than you could imagine! This is my first decent microwave and I was blown away by it, it is big so check if it'll fit in your kitchen before you buy it. It cooks an enormous variety of things, with preset temperatures and times, using a combination of convection heat/ microwave/ grill and fan power producing great results with minimal effort. It comes with a varsatile, teflon-covered 'crusty' plate, which crisps foods from bacon and eggs to pastry, from the bottom as well as top, and otwo wire racks, so you can move food closer to the grill, or cook more than one thing at once. The manual contains tonnes of instructions to cook meat, fish, seafood, vegetables, pastry, cakes (and more) only using this microwave, so don't lose the handbook! It has really taken the pressure off putting loads of things in the oven, and massively reduces cooking time. I love it. Just a couple of negatives though: The clock doesn't keep time, the door has started to make a clunking sound when I open it, and it didn't defrost my chicken (but I put it in a bowl, not a glass plate as instructed). Aside from that, it's very good-looking, easy to clean and a pleasure to use.
