Smooth delivery, easy to unpack, clear instructions for changing door hinge direction

Oh it's beautiful and if I got the money back I'd not believe it to be true ao is such a awesome company and really helpful throughout purchase and through delivery and after. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Great medium sized Fridge. Very simple it just cools and freezes food. No thermometers etc but you can buy fridge thermometers cheaply if you want that. Highly rated by consumer groups for good reason. Great value for money, if you need a fridge freezer that does the basics well this is the one.

Have only had this for a week but really happy so far. Only negative is it doesn't come with a wine rack but I've ordered one elsewhere. Would of been nice to have a shorter delivery slot without having to pay extra.

We love this fridge freezer! It's neat yet spacious enough for everything we need. The temp seems perfect and it's so quiet! The storage arrangements are great and the water dispenser (which I wasn't sure we needed) doesn't get in the way or have a negative impact on storage. Overall, we're delighted ?? AO were really communicative, with regular updates and a timely delivery. The drivers were professional and polite, and took barely 3 minutes to complete the delivery and give us the information we needed. Our first shopping experience with AO and it won't be our last - 10/10!

Product is very aesthetic, fits very well in my kitchen, enough space in both the fridge & freezer compartments, the added bonus of the water dispenser is great, ice cold water on tap! Delivery was efficient, no complaints so far…

Lovely fridge freezer, space divided well, roomy and well thought design. Quiet in operation and finish is really nice silver.
