Within 1st week of purchase the water dispenser doesn’t work manufacturer has to send an engineer ( still waiting for engineer to arrive) refrigerator doesn’t keep things very cold Water condensation ( on back of top section) freezes When temperature turned up and drips when temperature turns low) good looking refrigerator great storage but very disappointed with performance. I would invest in a more expensive different brand. My 15 year old refrigerator performed better. Very disappointed

Worked well for the first year and then completely stopped working 4 days after the warranty expired. Buy cheap buy twice.

Doesn't work and have to wait until the 31st for an engineer. Well over a week from receiving it which has made half my Christmas food shop go off!

Don't buy this brand of Fridgemaster. The internal structure is not user friendly. The gas coils are running under each compartment storage shelves. All other brands , the gas coils is hidden under the structure.

Water Leakage: The water dripping inside the fridge has caused my food to become wet and soggy. It’s frustrating to find everything covered in water. Warranty Company: I contacted the warranty company, hoping for a solution. However, they kept asking for more information without actually resolving the issue. The situation has worsened now, as the fridge emits a bad smell, further affecting the food stored inside. In summary, I strongly advise against purchasing the Fridgemaster MC55265DE. Be cautious when buying this kind of fridge, and don’t trust everything you see on the internet. I would never recommend this model to anyone based on my bad experience. ??

I received the fridge quickly, the bookshops were very kind. I ordered this fridge because I saw that it had a good rating. After delivery I waited over 4 hours to turn it on. But when I turned it on, the engine made a huge noise, like a tractor. I waited a while, thinking that the noise would go away. but nothing happened. I'm going to contact them in the hope that they'll find me a solution quickly, as I don't know what to do without a fridge.

The fridge is okay, however I paid for installation and the drivers said they were already 1.5 hours behind schedule and therefore did not have time to install the fridge. I spent all afternoon changing the door over to the left and trying to get the water dispenser to work.

Got this fridge freezer and left it to rest for 8 hours. I plugged it in, and it worked for a day, then it stopped cooling the fridge and did not freeze the freezer. Very disappointed.
