I received the fridge quickly, the bookshops were very kind. I ordered this fridge because I saw that it had a good rating. After delivery I waited over 4 hours to turn it on. But when I turned it on, the engine made a huge noise, like a tractor. I waited a while, thinking that the noise would go away. but nothing happened. I'm going to contact them in the hope that they'll find me a solution quickly, as I don't know what to do without a fridge.

The fridge is okay, however I paid for installation and the drivers said they were already 1.5 hours behind schedule and therefore did not have time to install the fridge. I spent all afternoon changing the door over to the left and trying to get the water dispenser to work.

Got this fridge freezer and left it to rest for 8 hours. I plugged it in, and it worked for a day, then it stopped cooling the fridge and did not freeze the freezer. Very disappointed.

First fridge arrived dented. Second arrived and driver assured me that although the box was ripped in the same place he had checked and it hadn't dented the fridge, but it did. Only small but still dented all the same. I am very disappointed.

Fridge didn't work on start up and had to wait a week for an engineer to check it out and regas the fridge. Said we should of recieved a new one. Poor service when setting up your first house with outva fridge

Fridge is lovely, delivery driver nice. works well lots of room. However there is damage from transit im assuming in manufacturer as packaging was perfect so was not from delivery

It's great I love it. One thing is that it only has one Adjustable foot for leveling out I have a piece of wood under it to balance it which isn't ideal.

Fridge freezer died just before Xmas, got this one just in time, good friendly staff, the fridge is ok just to tide me me over till we get the kitchen done and up grade, this is on the small side but I knew that. cheap and cheerful does the job
