Large capacity and well built. There is a large selection of accessories that enable most jobs to be done. It works well and is fairly quiet in operation. One minus point so far, it comes with a plastic dough paddle rather than a metal one. This does not work well for mixing pastry, using cold butter. However, the general purpose metal blade does this job well.

What a great piece of kit, large enough to do all I need but wit a small footprint so as not to get in the way. Plenty of attachments and accessories to make preparation quick and easy. This machine makes cooking fun and easy. I am 65 years old and only wish I had bought one years ago. It is simple to use, simple to clean and looks great on the worktop. Well done Bosch.
