When the microwave arrived i thought it looked really nice,i plugged it in and had a look at the manual,everything looked quite simple ,you get a few accessories with the appliance which is quite nice ,it has a cooking guide in the door which is quite handy and helpful as well as the manual.The machine is just as noisy as a regular microwave but that is were the similarity's ended,i think its a wonderful piece of machinery,it does exactly what its supposed to do,in my opinion it cooks everything to perfection,im very happy and i would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

This microwave is very modern looking and great value, large enough for a big family too. Many usefull features, with the added bonus of a grill.

Bought this together with the matching integrated oven. The appliance is really neat and attractive, loads of cooking options and grill plates etc included. It’s nice a quiet as well with a nice gentle bell when time is up! I haven’t needed to clean yet but can’t imagine that’s going to be a problem! Overall really pleased with this product, as well as the service from AO, second to none as always!

Bought to replace a 16yr old unit, the door catch of which had failed. New model had to be stainless steel, have a large turntable and of course have exactly the same dimensions as the old one. This Hotpoint fits the bill in every respect and performs perfectly. It may be slightly noisier but this could be due to the fact that it is in effect suspended in its cavity by the two fixing screws.

So far so good, looks great and instructions easy to follow. Not used all its functions yet but will put to the test Christmas day. Customer service from ao.com has been second to none, Good communication and their price match policy outstanding. Will definately shop here again.

Easy to use however door hinges at bottom can restrict you taking items out.

Bought this with a matching single oven to save space. Looks good and has easy to use controls and large digital numbers that even my 80 year old mum can read. Would recommend.

Arrived promptly with minimal excess packaging. Cooks evenly, quietly (even the beeps are quiet) and quickly (on the 1000w mode). The grill mode is excellent. If I had to pick out any issues: - the standard microwave mode defaults to 650w. Why would I want less than 1000 by default? - it is easy to use, but you really have to read the manual to get to that point. It's got an instant 30 second cook, but there's not an obvious way to do that until you've read about it. - the controls are (apart from the dial) all touchscreen, and not especially responsive. This is a niggle, but once you're used to it it's not an issue. I'd definitely recommend it on balance — really well featured and looks the part too.
