Superb product

cant fault the guys at ao, product delivered on time and precautions taken care. this is the first laptop i have really owned so i am still looking through things and getting used to it but so far love it, lots of customisation and performance. Lovely sleek design and quality feel. its a shame thing like word, excel etc dont come with but thats the same for any laptop, so like i said happy so far:)
