This is the first time I have ever used AO and found them swift and efficient. For anyone who is considering a new laptop for homeschooling, the new M1 MacBook is perfect. Having previously been using a Windows laptop for this purpose, (which we thought okay), the new m1 MacBook is in another league. There was a worry over compatibility running programs and software from the school but I can report that we have had no issue. I can honestly say it has improved the whole home working experience just because of the speed and performance alone. She gets up and it’s on ready to go. None of this waiting for things to load or to boot up. The only issue we have found is the promotions and offers sent by Apple when you registered your new product. Apple informed that because AO are not an authorised reseller, you are not entitled to any of the offer and promotions. I would have given 5 stars but for this as this is something customers should be made aware of.

I love it !!! Very easy to set up and use. The Light weight of it makes it perfect to carry round for college or University.

I absolutely love this laptop. I’m really glad I paid a bit more money to get the rose gold colour. I couldn’t be happier. The laptop is so light weight, the screen quality/resolution is great (as you would expect from Apple), I love the touch button to unlock your laptop with you finger. Would say it looks more of a pink/rose colour than gold to point this out if buyers were expecting the colour to be gold. I would highly recommend the product.

I decided that for university buying this MacBook air would be a good investment and would help motivate me to study. It arrived earlier than expected which was an excellent surprise. Everything on this product is accessible and easy to use.
