Bought for a present for my daughter. Item is the usual Apple product. My only gripe is that should any technical issues arise, It would not be covered for fixing at any apple store (unless you pay a charge). Apple should fix any issues with their phones at any of their stores when under warranty regardless of where it was purchased from.

Arrived quick and well packaged. Been using for a couple of weeks and no issues whatsoever. Having iPhone before very easy to switch from old to new. Lovely photos and video. Would recommend if you don’t want to spend thousands on a phone.

Bought for my 14yr old daughter, she loves it & does everything she wants & needs from a phone. No need to get a newer one for a teenager.
