Really impressive service particular with what was going in the country at the time with strikes, delivery delays, shortage of certain products etc. Found what I wanted at Ao, at the price I wanted and delivered at the time I wanted. Will definitely be using Ao as one of my first stops when shopping again and would also highly recommend people do the same

Bought for a present for my daughter. Item is the usual Apple product. My only gripe is that should any technical issues arise, It would not be covered for fixing at any apple store (unless you pay a charge). Apple should fix any issues with their phones at any of their stores when under warranty regardless of where it was purchased from.

The phone was an early xmass for my daughter she is in love with it the delivery from ao was exceptional as always

When you pay so much for an item why can they not give you a plug?

Arrived quick and well packaged. Been using for a couple of weeks and no issues whatsoever. Having iPhone before very easy to switch from old to new. Lovely photos and video. Would recommend if you don’t want to spend thousands on a phone.
