Couldnt get it to install on new Asus laptop we bought it with.

Would not download and McAfee support were of no help. McAfee really need an easily accessible telephone help line in UK.

Won’t load on the computer it was sold with. Absolute waste of money.

Wasn’t suitable for the product I ordered, needed an upgrade at extra cost, so cancelled.

I have not downloaded this software yet as my Acer came with Norton already installed. Next month I will be using McAfee and will edit this then.

Never received the email, called and they told me they would email it over again and still no email. Checked every folder including spam and nothing
