Beautiful to look at and simplicity itself to use. Had no problems migrating my stuff from my old laptop and installing a separate and previously bought Microsoft Office package. It's also very fast and responsive even with multiple windows/apps open and running simultaneously. I've never had an HP computer before but am happy I gave it a try. The speakers are loud an clear as is the screen so videos come across well. If possible I wish they would offer a privacy shutter for the webcam but all in all a very good buy for a very good price.
