I ordered 2 ipads for kids as gifts, very poorly packaged just in a bag without any protection as a result corners of ipad boxes damaged/crumpled. Unfortunately had no time to return.

Disappointed that it has a new plug and wire which i have already misplaced and cannot use the old apple plug or wire as not accessible to this Ipad. Also I do struggle that it doesn't have a button in the middle to help me close apps in the background. I also struggle using the toggle to shift to numbers which makes it harder for people with disabiliies.

Struggled without the button to clear the screen., had to get help from a knowledgeable friend. Love the graphics and sound, overall very impressive but do struggle sometimes to shut down apps etc.

Excellent price and performance for thin lightweight tablet.

Great product with fab display. Wish i had bought one with more storage though.

Brilliant Ipad - So much faster than my old Ipad Air 2. My old Ipad lasted 8 years so I'm hoping this new bit of kit will do the same. I've tried other tablets, but always come back to apple as they hardly ever crash. Was looking at the Ipad pro 11 as I do a lot of sketching for work, but this Ipad has the same level of power, and a slightly larger screen so it's perfect for drawing on (if you can afford the Apple pencil too.)
