iPod Air visited us briefly

Initially I bought an iPod Air for my wife. with the extremely helpful and knowledgable James I carefully arranged for its delivery on our return home on Monday 18 April. Despite this, I was notified that it was being delivered on Thursday 14 April. I called immediately the sales team to point out I did not want this to happen as I was away on the island of Raasay and I had not made any arrangement with neighbours. The lady assured me that this was an error and that it was still specified as being delivered on the Monday and I should ignore the text and email. When I got home, I found that it had been left with a neighbour, who fortunately is honest and told us. But AO be warned, this wont be true for all customers and their neighbours. A very dangerous error!
But I had also made an error. Though the iPod Air was beautiful, had an incredible screen and was light, it failed in one respect; the screen was not large enough for my wife to easily read music and do page turns with the forScore app. But AO were totally brilliant and amazing. Letting me return it. Selling the larger iPod pro for the price difference. Trusting me, and collecting the iPod Air on Sunday but allowing its value immediately.
That is the end of our iPod Air story, maybe ask about my iPod Pro experience. AO were amazing and totally brilliant. Their delivery company was uncontrollable.
