The item is just what it says and just what we wanted. It had to go into a casing and fits perfectly, we ordered them before not from ao.com but other places and have been sent what they called the nearest thing. So thank you For getting it right.

Good design and very easy to use, I'd recommend not overly shiny so you don't get finger prints when you use it.

This is a great budget microwave. It has a simple turntable, turn dials to allocate temperature and time. Very simple and easy to use. There are notches around the dials so it is very easy to locate the correct temperature and time.

Easy to order from start to finish on the day of delivery got a call to say when he would be there even though I told him I would get someone to meet him downstairs as we live on 13th floor the man still carried it to the flat door brilliant service will recommend to others 5 star the microwave is good it works great and we havent had a problem with it
