Cannot be faulted. Only negative point is not the machine but the lack of example menus. However, with concentration and experience of other combo microwaves it is possible to work things out.

This is a lovely looking microwave, slightly larger than an average microwave. Cooks well. I do wish it had time buttons that you can just press for 3 minutes etc. like on my old microwave as you have to press a lot of buttons to start it.

over the years l have had many microwaves but this is the best yet, l was wary of the oven and microwave being in one machine but it really is efficient. It's easy to clean and easy to use. I love seeing the food as it cooks which isn't something l have seen before. I did expect a certain standard as Smeg equipment is highly regarded and this doesn't let them down. I highly recommend this to anyone especially if you don't have room for a convention oven. Top marks from me.

Looks amazing, but I notice the top outside the metal was very flimsy, not solid and sturdy as one would expect from Smeg. Also when you microwave anything the fan will stay on 30 sec after the countdown has finished, even if you warm something for 30 secs. Another negative is that a lot of steam is produce when you cook anything with high moisture content resulting in tiny puddles inside the microwave. My old Panasonic lasted 22 years, hope this can do the same!

Having switched out my old and dying LG mini-microwave - this SMEG all-in-one oven and microwave was like leaving the 1950s and ending up in the 21st century! Really enjoying the unit thus far - though the fan in the back goes on a bit, and it's a good deal larger than my mini LG before it. But wow, it's like graduating into First Class with this machine - super powerful and cooks perfectly every time.

I still need to practice all functions but so far this microwave meets all expectations! I bought it as a frivolous purchase so it would match other Smeg appliances in my kitchen. It looks so good and of course the functions are great! Delivery was great - given a time band then driver called to say he was on his way. All in all a great experience from purchase to delivery!

Amazing microwave! Worth the investment also had a follow up call from ao to see if wanted to take out extra i surance for it ! And for only £5 a month i thought its amazing considering any kitchen appliance could just go boom at any time! Well happy!
