We've only had it a few days, but all good so far. Easy to install, although the lead could be a little longer.

It seemed a bit daunting when I first looked at the instructions, but 2 minutes to press all the buttons and work out what did what and now I am quite comfortabl with the controls. It seems to cook food very evenly and to exactly the right amount. The only function I need to practice with a bit more is the "dynamic crisp" function, as I keep burning things. The auto defrost and reheat functions are amazing.

Haven't had chance to really use this yet to be honest so feedback is limited. Initially though, it was easy to set-up, the instruction booklet has just the right amount of info & a qr scan thingy to more detailed manual. It's a beast compared to our previous 20L microwave! Clearly a the litre capacity is way bigger. Inside it seems as wide as the oven! The height looks oddly low, but that's just it's proportion & the external display footprint as once you pop a plate in there, can see there's plenty of room. Either I didn't read the description or it wasn't listed, but you get a bunch of stuff included with this one aside from the turntable:- • a wire stand for use with grill • a non stick tray that fits onto some bits on inside to raise it about halfway up, which think for use with convention • a 'crisp' tray (circular non stick for specific us on the instructions). • steamer set for us inside • plate cover (to help stop splatter etc). It's got a normal moulded 3 pin plug on it, so you should be able to use normal socket to power with same amp rating etc. AO site is best I found in terms of usability, stock range & price. Would be good to have a filter that removes the out of stock items though & add similar/same style items when looking at something so it's easier to find matching sets.

Very impressed! Really large inside, many excellent features. Our old one was very basic, this one is so much better! Fits in perfectly with the oven, which we bought at the same time. Very aesthetically pleasing and gives our kitchen a much more modern look. Really easy to use, very good instructions. Cooks really really well. First class!

Bought as an addition to our single oven as a multi use appliance rather than just a plain microwave...and it sure lives up to that! Lots of cooking options, looks lovely and manual easy to understand.

Dead happy with it! Fitted it ourselves as it uses a regular plug & doesn’t need hard wired in. Big improvement on our old microwave, added features of grill & convection oven are useful too

Quality product. The door opening downwards is a bonus as the chamber is very wide although a bit lower than its predecessor

Just perfect. Choose as we needed something with 13A 3 pin plug. Thought it might not have a very good oven but we were please you surprised how good it is.
