Product is in high quality for the money. Very easy to use and I am happy with the purchase. The delivery was swift.

It is a basic model which mostly works fine, and the quick defrost is effective, but on day 2 it would not heat at all. Unplugging for 10 mins seemed to sort it but if it happens again I will be seeking an exchange. It’s a little noisy and doesn’t seem to have a jacket potato setting which is odd!
