Brochure failings.

My problem is,being eldery anything new is a challenge.If you were to look at the brochure explaining how to operate the microwave you will see that it is completely lacking in any advice.In other words hopeless and not worth sending out with the appliance.Could you not put some pressure on Samsung to improve things.I am sorely in need of assistance I am sure once I understand how to operate it it’s rating should improve.
