The microwave is great. Fairly easy to use. Only downside is the manual doesn't tell you what the pre set functions are, and the dark screen means you can't see your food when it's cooking.

I quite like this item but disappointed that the items on the turntable are not visible whilst operating despite the internal light being on! I have even tried using a torch to see what's happening inside but to no avail!! It was bought as a replacement for a previous microwave which was at least 24 years old. It continued to operate but the internal light failed. I investigated replacing the bulb, but so much of the unit would have to be dismantled so opted for the new unit. No longer can I watch the milk boil over when making my hot chocolate :<((

This is a nice little microwave, with lots of useful features - good value for the price. HOWEVER - the interior light is so dim, you can’t see the food going round while it’s cooking. So, as an example, you can’t see if something is about to boil over. In fact I thought it was broken & called Samsung, but if you look closely, the interior light is on - it’s just very faint. So if you like watching your food going round in the microwave - don’t buy this one.

Samsungs reputation is not what it used to be!! Steer well clear!! Already had 3 faulty washer dryers on the series 6 Samsung machines but also this microwave packed up after just TWO DAYS!! Led lights packed up and then the unit wasn’t heating as it should and making very and I mean VERY loud noises. Samsung just assume having a good brand name is enlightening to sell shoddy products! Samsung technical are as useless as a chocolate teapot!!

The microwave is stylish and easy to use. Inside is easy to clean and large enough for a large dinner plate. Would I recommend this microwave, yes definitely. Buy one and enjoy.
