Really disappointed with the microwave, it's loud and the light doesn't come on when it's cooking so you can't see your food, and it seems to just heat the plates/bowls the food is cooking in vs. the food - example, in a silicon popcorn maker it took over 10 minutes to make popcorn and it was mostly burnt kernels. Really would love to return this, AVOID.

This is a great microwave with two features that make it stand out. Firstly it is a little bigger than most microwaves which makes it more useful for little warming up tasks. Secondly the actually handle on the door makes opening far more easier when jugging things in your hands. Easy to use and clean.

I quite like this item but disappointed that the items on the turntable are not visible whilst operating despite the internal light being on! I have even tried using a torch to see what's happening inside but to no avail!! It was bought as a replacement for a previous microwave which was at least 24 years old. It continued to operate but the internal light failed. I investigated replacing the bulb, but so much of the unit would have to be dismantled so opted for the new unit. No longer can I watch the milk boil over when making my hot chocolate :<((
