Chose this model after reading favourable Which? report and am not disappointed with its performance and ease of use. It was available from several retailers but AO offered the opportunity to double the warranty period through Samsung. AO also sold the microwave at the most competitive price and provided next-day timed delivery.

The grey colour is only on the front door. The rest of the oven is black. This is not clear from the description. The oven is also complicated to use.
