The fridge thermostat packed up after 3 months. Very disappointed, as I had a previous Fridgemaster product that lasted for 20 years. The engineer did not have the parts on his van to fix, and ETA was 18 days. I requested a refund and AO arranged for a new fridge (I asked for a different brand) to be delivered the next day. AO customer service was excellent.

The appliance constantly leaks water from the freezer compartment the shelves are in the wrong place said to be adjustable but I can’t move them. It’s capacity is very limited not happy with the appliance at all

In no way will this fridge hold 5 bags of shopping. Also, the ice compartment freezes over constantly and unless you keep the dial on 7(the highest setting) the freezer box will drip and leak all through the fridge. After 2 months I had to buy a new one and now this one is a spare for cans of pop amd bottles of water in my laundry room. I wouldn't recommend this fridge unless it was for someone who doesn't use a fridge much.

The main fridge is okay but the ice box doesn't even keep ice cream frozen. Had to throw my frozen foods away.

Didn't work from time of purchase. Had to go to fridgemaster for help and they didn't turn up for appointment. Had to get AO involved to rectify.

Freezer section doesn’t freeze!

Don't bother - Would like to give no stars. I purchased this and it was delivered 24th November. It hasn't even lasted a week and its not keeping cold - even on 5 the inside fridge temperature is 18 degrees. I contacted the manufacturer and having answered multiple question where the customer services treated my like I was totally stupid they then very kindly said they would get someone out to check that it really wasn't working !!!!!!!! To add insult to injury - the first time they can get someone out is two weeks away!!!!!! Luckily this isn't my main fridge and normally I am a reasonable person but get annoyed about being treated as an imbecile. . Tried ringing AO - but more than 30 minutes wait time and no ability to get someone to ring you back - I have to say Im deeply disappointed.

ice box is very poor design, it creates a thick layer of ice and needs to be defrosted on a weekly basis. because this is a poor design and not a fault you can't get a full refund.
