Absolutely disappointed AirPods do not work have to contact Apple to get it sorted out

Arrived not working so very disappointed, working with apple now to get them repaired as replacing isn’t an option due to stock. Have had to buy a pie of corded apple headphones so out of pocket even more now. All in all a disappointing experience. However that said not AOs making hence the 3 star’s

Not very smooth at seams between moulded parts. Poor fit/alignment of case lid.

Daughter wanted these and the best price I found online, she’s very happy with them. Look great and great sound.

Very clear sound light weight very easy to use

Bought them to replace my other ones which no longer work as a team after a swim in the washing machine. They work very well separately. Anyhow, would have been a 5* if they came with the same case which can wirelessly charge. Otherwise absolutely perfect sound
