The product is much improved from gen1. Excellent packaging and presentation as with all Apple products. I’d like an option different colours as white can lose its shine after regular usage, but love the product and would recommend.

Brilliant, fit in my ears when all others just fall out. Wouldn’t have anything else. I tried the AirPod 3’s and they wouldn’t stay in so went back the these.

This is my 4th pair, usually manage to drop one in the washing up or toilet. But I love these, they changed my life! Will always have a pair on hand. And AO customer service was brilliant when I phoned and they got the product to me way ahead of time.

I had a cheaper, non apple version of these and they were absolutely rubbish, so I was a little apprehensive about purchasing these proper ones. Cor was I wrong! They are absolutely brilliant!! They work straight away, the sound is absolutely crystal clear! They are so fantastic I had to get my husband his own pair so he wouldn’t use mine!

I was hesitant about AirPods but honestly I needn’t have been. They are absolutely amazing ?? and they charge really quickly. The sound quality is fantastic whether you’re making a phone call or listening to music. They say in your ears really well and so far haven’t dropped out while I’ve been wearing them. The best thing for me is I can be on a phone call with my phone in my pocket and carry on with whatever task I was in the middle of, no more creak in you neck trying to wedge the phone between your shoulder and ear. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
