Stopped working completely after 5 months

I bought this in November and six months later it went bang and was dead. The engineer came with replacement parts which although new were faulty. He ordered replacement parts but these are currently unavailable. I was already less than thrilled with this because when placed correctly in an IKEA microwave cupboard the silver facia does not cover the bottom board of the cupboard and the door above it cannot close because it sits too high in the cabinet. I wonder how long I'll have to wait and how inconvenienced I need to be before I am offered a refund or replacement?

Quality of the product isn't great. Legs are also not adjustable so cannot be adjusted to fit into a space if not the perfect size.

Looks good, nice feature been able to change the power output. Nice to actually get a hard copy instruction book rather the searching the internet for quick instructions

Looks great and works really fast, just makes an annoying vibrating noise when working as a built in.

The microwave is very good and looks the part. The Only issue I had with this microwave was once the four feet where installed it sat actually two high within the standard size alcove in my brand new wren kitchen. So I had trouble finding the correct feet to replace it. so modified the once that came with the microwave.

The product is very good fits in the place for it perfectly but we can't seem to get the timer working properly
