Offered the size we needed, and blended style wise with the Samsung ovens we purchased. All warming drawers seem expensive for what they are though at the ao price this was ok. Installed above an oven which makes it a little trickier to load/unload than if below but still is accessible. Used for warming/keeping warm, and proving with no issues

I will definitely use ao in the future. Ordering and delivery was excellent. The warming drawer was excellent particularly over the Festive period, keeping all the food and dishes warm.

A much better design than previous warming drawer. Simpler to use and hopefully with a longer life than the previous drawer which stopped working after five years of careful use. Must have loved it , to buy again

Just tried it out and does exactly what the old model (that lasted 10 years) does! Heats from the top rather than the bottom and plates go on a mat rather than the glass heated area. Good price and great service from ao.com!

Simple clean lines and easy to use. Much better than the one I have just replaced.

Upon first few uses I am very happy with this product. The capacity is quite surprising and it does an excellent job of keeping food warm. Good buy.

Easy to fit took minutes,easy to operate,the hardest thing was unpacking it was so well packed.

Disappointing considering the cost. The push-in switch is a nuisance being easily opened when passing too close. The 'rubber'(?) mat seems retrograde compared to the previous model that this replaced.
